Our flour is 100% organic heritage wheat, grown in our own fields and milled on a rare 1930s Unifine mill. Heritage wheat is pre-1950s and pre-hybridized, which many people find gentler on digestion and more flavorful. Because we’re farmer-owned, we oversee every step—from seed to soil to milling to your doorstep—so you know exactly where your flour comes from.
