Vital wheat gluten in bread-machine recipes

Sunrise Flour Mill flour does not need added vital wheat gluten. If a bread-machine recipe calls for vital wheat gluten, you can use Sunrise Flour Mill flour without adding it. Follow the recipe and your machine's instructions, along with Sunrise Flour Mill's applicable baking guidance for the specific flour and recipe.
